It is pretty upright and high, so not one for sinking into, but great for your posture and for sitting in for a short reading session. It looks fab too - the photo doesnt do it justice! Was really easy to put together - just had to screw the four legs in (although there is a slight creaking when you sit on it). Assembly a 5 min job. I’ve been looking at chairs fir a while now and when I saw those they were just what I was looking for. Really lovely chairs, look very expensive, I ordered the grey and they look very luxurious. The legs are tucked into the base of the chair, which I had noted from other reviews. I ordered 4 chairs and the legs went on reasonably well except for the last chair. The holes were not drilled in the right place and took twice the time to assemble, hence four stars and not five. Despite that I am really chuffed with them.
