It arrived on time and was well packaged. The item itself looks just like the pictures. Its great. The quality matches the cost really. Saying this is good quality. No assembly required which is great. I just tightened the screws because of my own paranoia but could have gone without really. Padding is good but the back fabric doesnt cover the whole pad. Its a great chair nonetheless!
