Warranty Details

In general, their manufacturers offer a full 12-month parts warranty on all their products. The 20-year guarantee offers protection against general timber rot and decay – the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. To maintain the validity of this guarantee the product must be assembled strictly by the instructions supplied, treated inside and out once received and annually thereafter with an appropriate high-quality preservative, and all glazing units must be sealed, inside and out, with silicone or another watertight sealant. For full guarantee terms, please see their 20-year guarantee download. It is essential that all parts are checked on receipt - before assembly or the application of treatment - and any issues are reported to the customer service team.
