The package arrived late and there was damage to the boards, which I didn’t fully appreciate during assembly. When I finished it, I noticed it properly and reported the issue, only to be told they are blaming me for the damage because I should have seen it earlier. As the pictures show, this is not damage from assembly, but customer support chose to claim it must have been (or could have been) from assembly so they won’t do anything. Far too expensive for what you get, but also make sure you examine everything before assembly because they don’t care. Really shocking and dismissive approach to customer service.
