This bed has to be built from scratch so be aware there are a minimum of 125 screws, dowling, cam lock and nuts depending on the model which can go up to 138. Times that by 4 and you will get an idea of how long it will take to build by hand, screwing with a power tooldriver might burst the wood so I decided not to use one. Instructions could be better, they are a A5 size booklet and represent five different models. Its not obvious whats what as they have not labelled each part physically so you have to make an educated guess from the diagrams what part they are by the amount of holes on each piece of fibreboard. Supports for the straps need to go on a specific way so the straps sit flush for the mattress, no middle support so well see if this holds during its use. I made the mistake of placing these supports in the incorrect position to start with but finally worked it out going back to the images of the end product on this site without the mattress. Might have been an idea to place a sticker saying top on the parts but like I mentioned they have not provided anything like this and thats why I scored low as I would not have purchased had I known as I had to spend so much time working it all out first of all, at least other brands put part number stickers on to assist. Depending on the modelSKU, there are differences in certain part sets you receive which is not obvious, so take a note of your model on your boxes so you can reference it with the SKU on the instructions. A little note to highlight this would help so hopefully they will take note. The delivery consists of two large boxes and are heavy due to the amount of wood in each. Time will tell if the product lasts for any given time with it being for a teens bedroom. Hope this helps, just want to prepare you all for a lovely flat pack experience!
