The toaster is rubbish. Both dials and the knob are very flimsy and the one on the right broke within 5 days and the left side takes forever to toast! Kettle takes a long time to boil also. Sent in details of the toaster and Wayfair have said it is a manufacturers issue and it was forwarded to them. I will be sending them both back if possible. Very cheeply made but I do love the design. Such a shame.
