KitchenAid 4.8L Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer with Extra Accessories

The pink is a cooler colour than expected and didn’t go with my kitchen. Returned it to swap it with the pistachio green one but kitchenaid have had my returned parcel for over 2 weeks without processing the refund yet. It’s a shame as the product is excellent quality, but customer care could be improved
