The build quality is superb and the automatic drop down and raise function on both side works seamlessly. You can use one side for lightly toasted bread and the other side for well done toast. Bagel toasting is just as good. The removable crumb trays are a great function. Given that I can not fault this machine I have just bought one for my daughter. I’ve had mine for over 3 years 😊

I've never had so much joy from a toaster. In fact most toasters are frankly disappointing, but this one is good at toasting properly, and fun to use. It has quite a large footprint on the kitchen worktop though - make sure there is enough space before purchasing.

Just the best, my old kitchen aid toaster finally give up, convinced by my daughter a ninja was the way forward, it was a huge mistake, I gave the ninja to my other dauber 3 weeks old and did the right thing and got myself a kitchen aid

Great toaster - works beautifully. An expensive product but hoping it will be worth it in the long run. It toasts well & im been happy with my purchase so far.
