Nice quality mugs but delivery took longer than anticipated.

The cups appeared to have been used, as there were no labels on them and the box was already opened. I have purchased Le Creuset products before, and they have always come with labels attached, which immediately made me sceptical about their condition. When I first took the cups out of the box, I noticed tea-like stains on one of them at several places. Due to recently moving house, I was not in a position to return them straight away. Before my guests arrived, I put the cups in the dishwasher. Given the premium nature of the brand and the Wayfair store, this was quite disappointing. I hope this is looked into and that I am appropriately compensated.
