I was well informed from the time I ordered until the item was delivered. I received an email to tell me when it was despatched closely followed by an email from the delivery company. The delivery company gave me a 1 hour delivery slot very early in the day making it easy to plan my day around it. The item came in strong packaging which was sealed well without overuse of plastics. All pieces were well marked and all the screws etc were well packaged and easy to identify. The shelf unit has a lot of pieces as expected but the instructions were easy to follow. I managed to make it up without help and am pleased with the finished item.
