I wouldn’t know! Tried to cancel an order within five minutes after I placed it as it was going to my old address. Customer services were unwilling to process a cancellation, according to the agent they said “I can see I had tried to amend and stop the order but the cancellation and address change feature of the website was down”. Customer services were able to tell me that it hadn’t been sent to the courier but they couldn’t stop the pick up and they couldn’t help me! Evri infact were in receipt of it 8 hours after I spoke to Wayfair! Wayfair advisor advice “Go intercept the package or hope the person refuses delivery and sends it back” Oh yeah great idea let’s go to someone else’s house and look like a Porch Pirate! I contacted Evri to advise them not deliver the item as I no longer lived there. They still proceeded to deliver it and left it outside as per photo! I have emailed Wayfair to no avail, they have ignored me. They have zero interest in the fact that due to a computer glitch on the evening of my order I am £100 out of pocket. Disgusting service! Disgusting company!
