Simba Hybrid Mattress Topper

Hybrid mattress is a bit firmer than expected but will wait until I have used it for a few months to allow it to settle in. The main reason for only two stars is the delivery performance of Evri. I was given an estimated delivery of approx 25th Nov which is 5 days from order despatch. I was then given another date of 29th Nov by Evri but no more correspondence until the mattress topper arrived on 6th Dec. In this time, I received one email from Wayfair and one from Evri. Virtually zero customer service.

Comfortable topper but very strong chemical smell still persisting weeks after unpacking. I suspect this will continue for several months before abating. Rather unpleasant.

The mattress topper is fantastic once opened it had risen nicely within a few hours perfect for the extra comfort for your aching joints well recommended

Delivery was made to the wrong address and we had to go looking for where it had been left which was 300 yards from where we live.

Fantastic mattress topper. Great support, extremely comfortable, and stays fairly cool for people who get hot at night. Recommended
