Beautiful pot! Well-constructed - not too heavy (i.e., 5-ply) or too light (i.e., no-ply). As much as I love my All-Clad frying pan, I simply could not bring myself to spend $250 for their 6 qt. sauce pot when this Tramontina version will, for a home cook like me, do the exact same thing on the stovetop…

This pot is sturdy and durable, cooks all my different dishes nicely, chicken soup, my stew etc.

Easy clean! Baking potato and fish , both turn to brown and easy to flip over... I will test in the coming days since I plan to order more high quality pot
