The item is fine, but one of three items ordered has been "delayed" the delivery i ordered on a Monday, specifically to be delivered the week I was off to receive it, has now entered the second week. You really need to utilise better couriers. Evri may be cheap, which is good for you, but the inconvenience they continue to cause customers paying for goods and services is unacceptable. I'm trying to return the undelivered item as I'm not inconveniencing myself any further, jumping through hoops for a useless courier, for the sake of wayfair's profits.

The cat loves it, so what could be better1

Thicker than expected, pleased with this and good value for money, was expecting a slightly thick blanket but actually more like a cushion which is my preference.
