I bought this cage for my hammie, and we both absolutely love it! I decided to attach the bottom tray permanently with spare screws that came in the pack, as I didn’t require the pullout tray, although it would be handy for animals that don’t require such thick bedding. I sealed the interior and painted the outside with non toxic animal friendly paint/sealant, the wood was so easy to coat, not to mention to put it together, so quick and simple! The wooden platforms slot into place and are easy to remove in order to clean the cage (no screws) but still secure enough. The Perspex screens are covered initially to prevent any scratches, which was really handy to leave on while I painted it. The item itself is packed very well and carefully. My order arrived slightly quicker than expected which is another added bonus. Overall I would certainly recommend this product!

Rubbish only had a week and leaking and ruined carpet this is supposed to be a indoor and outdoor hutch

Its arrived with loads of wood spikes sticking out all over the shop, its certianly not weather proof or sealed, it stains with wee and leaked wee in the first 2 days having it!! Wayfair were very kind to refund and sort the situation out though :)

Sorry Wayfair for this but this hutch isnt fit for Rabbits, I purchased this hutch thinking my two Rabbits would love it and it has just been one problem after another, there was a big piece of metal sticking out of the roof which when I was trying to fix it so my Rabbits didnt get hurt and totally ruined my new £40 Jumpsuit as I got caught on it. There is no where to put their water bottle, new hay bag that hangs up and no where to hang any of their hangable treats I bought them too so had to start all over again and buy everything else looks for them. The ramp keeps falling off the platform where its attached and the worst thing is the platform is far too narrow so they keep falling and a couple of times they hurt their selves and really scared them which was heartbreaking. It looks ok from the outside though.

Lovely hutch great value for money although it arrived with a crack in the tray we had a hassle free exchange with customer service with damage cage collected by courier and new cage delivered within days. Very satisfied & will use wayfair again.
