Box arrived damaged. Contents appeared ok. Labelling and instructions good. Midway build discovered loose bits of wood in box ( they were for holding the arch doorway in place). Easy fix with wood glue and tacks not the useless pins that were in it. Later discovered the baton to hold up the tray (fundamental part) had come off and the wood it was attached too was split. Again, fixed with wood glue and tacks! General quality of wood very poor and too soft with lots of splits. Roof and front were the only parts with decent wood! Had we not been desperate for the hutch and wanted to avoid the hassle of returning mid build then we would have sent straight back. Don’t waste your money, spend more on a decent one! Really disappointed and only gave stars as it looks nice from a distance!
