When the hutch arrived the quality was poor and not the easiest to put together. However what was most disappointing was the with was a whole 10cm shorter than advertised. The advertised size was slightly shorter than I originally wanted, but I liked the idea of the hutch so thought it would be manageable. Please be aware dimensions are 138cm L 84cm W. After raising this I was offered a full refund or replacement. The after team support were efficient and we're keen to resolve the issue.
