Delivery was very quick and once built, there was enough room inside to fit a shelf, to help my cats feel more separated. That's literally all of the positive aspects of this shockingly awful, overpriced product that I feel I can offer. The materials used are the cheapest, flimsiest softwood imaginable -- full of knots and cracks, and despite using a square and level, to ensure everything was correctly aligned, nothing was actually straight. The roof ridge comprises four separate pieces and no matter how carefully you tighten the screws, it still leaks in the rain. Oh and speaking of screws, the packaging came with so many extra (but all of the type that's barely used) that you could build your own battleship with them. For the amount that this cost, I could have bought all of the materials myself and had a far more stable, rigid, and weatherproof cat house. If you're looking at the photo of the product on your phone, hold it at arm's length and close one eye, because that's the only way it will ever look good.
