Finadeni Ramp With Steps

Broke within a few days after use (it was purchased as a gift and so wasn't opened until after the 30 days warranty - return policy). Hoping the retailer is aware of consumer laws re protections for faulty goods and returns money immediately.

If I could give less than one star I would. It looked nice but was so flimsy that it broke (collapsed under my small dog) within 24h. I have submitted a complaint online and by email but Wayfair still have not sorted out a solution. I asked for a refund, they offered to get me a a new one instead to which I responded that if they can assure the new one would be of better quality and if they can dispose of the old one I would accept that. No response in 5 days. Not impressed.

Great product that can be adjusted to the correct height. Perfect for my elderly cat and he uses it as a scratching board too.

Ramp was great however my dog wouldn't use it. Not wayfairs fault though

Dogs slide down the ramp . Not enough grip
