Our 15 year-old cats love these stairs! One of them has a weak hip, so we got this for her to climb down the sofa and ottoman without her putting more strain on her hips when she used to jump down from the sofa and always landed on her hips. Both cats also love scratching the posts very much. 100% recommend this for your senior cats or kittens :)

This is a great sturdy item which is easy to build. We bought this to help our timid cat get onto her cat tree and she loves it. She scratches and plays on the stairs and now uses the big cat tree as well.
