Excellent product for the money paid and cat loves it.

Alot smaller than expected! We knew the height was only 100cm (which was fine) but the size of the top tier is only suitable for a small cat. Our cat is a normal moggie weighing 4kg and she struggles to fit on it. She looks so uncomfortable trying to lay down, she is hanging over the edge. I have gone to return it but it costs £5 to return so I'll probably sell it on FB. Also another thing that has put me off from buying from wayfair is that the cat tree was 27.99 when I saw it, I went to buy it the next day and it went to 29.99. The day after I purchased the tree, it was back down to 27.99. I'm not bothered about a couple of quid but the fact I feel the price was manipulated with demand has left a bitter taste. All in all I wont be buying from wayfair again.

Easy to build and reasonably good quality (although a little wobbly). Scratching posts seem to be quite hard wearing so far. Our cats love it!

Not impressed. This is much smaller than anticipated and our cats only just fit. It is very unstable and the material is very thin. It looks very cheap. I will never buy from wayfair again as they do not care for their customers. I placed a large order with them. They did not deliver it all, and the products they did send were damaged, not built properly or the wrong items. They did not care at all. They gave lots of ridiculous excuses, lied, and then refused to answer 6 complaints. They offered nothing for the months of grief I had experienced. Do not waste your time - avoid them and buy from somewhere else.
