I purchased this item because according to the Wayfair website it is washable. Of course when you actually have the item and it needs a wash, the label clearly states that it cannot be washed at all, in fact "spot clean only". I am unable to complain to Wayfair because it was purchased more than 30 days ago. I am not impressed
