Terry Scratching Post

Every time my cat jumps on it it topples over as a bed and scratching post. Needs to be more stablesolid at the bottom

Is not solid enough to be a Scratcher, and it doesn't work as bed either because is too wobbly. When my car jumps on it the tree falls or not stable enough so my cat is actually afraid of it and don't use it at all.
