Some pieces very bent and scraped. Was able to semi bend back enough to screw together but cut hands all up in the process of doing so.

Most of the structural pieces arrived dented or bent, Wayfair would only offer 20 refund, or replacement if we reboxed it all and shipped it back. Assembly was fairly easy, took about an hour. Each individual box is fairly small, and the egg rolling system is slightly in the way making the entrances even smaller for chickens. However, our smaller girls seem to enjoy it so far.
