The house itself is well made and looks durable. Unfortunately there is no mounting bracket in the pack, and it's set up to hang on a nail, which doesn't work because the wood is too soft - I had to find a bracket for the tree and cut a bigger hole in the house to fit, so quite a faff.

Well-made and well-priced.
