Absolutely horrible product, packaging was terrible, pieces broken upon unpacking, very poor quality. My daughter was so excited for her hamsters new house and felt so bad for her seeing her cry when it finally showed up. Double sided tape was even screwed up to where it wasn't even worth salvaging... quickest waste of $100 I've had in a very long time
