Hamster Cage

Excellent very pleased with this and sturdy and my little fella seems happy enough he's got plenty of room to explore . The only negative is when placing the inner shelves on its very tight I had to unscrew the sides to fit them and then screw them back as there is no room for manouvement otherwise.

Came covered in fibreglass hairs , every single wooden panel absolutely covered in it . Was itchy and uncomfortable for days after opening the package . They’ve offered me 35% refund which isn’t enough. Don’t recommend

I tried cancelling this order within 2 hours of placing as I found the same cage £20 cheaper and my cancellation was refused as they said it was either being custom made or shipped. After having three different conversations with people (they said “it was on the lorry after two hours of me ordering”) I was then told to wait until the cage was delivered and they said they would see if they could remove the return charge. It was delivered 4 days later (the cheaper same cage that was ordered later on in the day was delivered after two days). After notifying them, they said they can’t remove the charge fee so I had to pay £10 to send it back to them. Absolute waste of time and money ordering on here and you can get the exact same cage cheaper, get it delivered quicker, free delivery and you don’t have to pay £17.50 in tax. Go to Aosom to get the exact same thing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

It's very spacious for my Remy, but it is a bit flimsy and the hinges are sticky, after a few home adjustments, it'd great and our little man is very happy with his mansion

I must say I was surprised when we received this and put it together. For the price, it's very reasonable and solid. The size is quite large for hamsters, we have one hamster and he's loving his new villa. Instructions very clear and not much to put together. All the pieces are numbered and the instructions have numbers so it's really easy. Personally I would recommend it.
