This three-compartment metal chicken nesting box is designed to provide hens with a safe, comfortable and private space to lay eggs in backyard coops, poultry houses and small farms. The roll-away design features a gently sloped base that allows eggs to roll into a covered tray, helping to reduce breakage and keep eggs cleaner for collection. Three individual compartments help reduce crowding and pecking, supporting natural laying behaviour, while the enclosed structure and built-in ventilation holes maintain airflow for a dry, fresh interior. Constructed from galvanised steel with reinforced framing and a durable plastic egg tray, the nesting box is designed to resist rust and withstand daily use. The mesh-style bottom allows debris to fall through, and the pull-out tray can be removed for quick rinsing and reinstallation. The unit includes hardware for wall-mounting or freestanding use, with a recommended mounting height of 46 to 51 cm from the ground for easy hen access.
