Pet Pen with 2 Doors & Automatic Locks (Set of 12)

Unfortunately, the pet pen I received had several sharp metal protrusions where the wire was welded, making it unsafe for a puppy. The pen also didn’t appear to match the product photos, as it didn’t have the advertised automatic locks. The manufacturer’s suggested solution was to cover the sharp metal with glue or tape, which I didn’t feel was appropriate for me to be fixing a brand-new pet product. On a positive note, Wayfair resolved the issue quickly and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the product itself because of the quality and safety concerns. Please see attached photos!!

Great ideal for our holiday home . So easy to put up and can put it how you want . Really happy with purchase

The pet pen arrived 2 weeks late. Wayfair didn't do anything to help because in their words "they are only a drop shipping company". Don't order from this company because you are taking a gamble on ever actually receiving your goods.

excellent item just need to sort delivery team out

It’s perfect for me when I go in my caravan with three dogs , plenty of room . Very sturdy.and well built
