5 stars for the bed. 1 star for Wayfair customer service. The bed was delayed for over a month even though it was in stock. I moved house by the time the bed arrived and Wayfair refused to change the delivery address even though it hadn’t be dispatched. The bed ended up going missing for ages as I then wasn’t at my home address due to moving. Wayfair customer service was not great and advised it would take a week for someone to call me back to escalate the problem. Finally, after a month and half I have the bed and pleased with it. Do not buy these dog beds, they are useless - the material is poor, stitching becomes unravelled and the netting just tears…… £113.98 for two dog beds that have just lasted around 2 months.
