Quite easy to put together and decent build. The chicken wire is a bit of a faff and would do it slightly different if I built one again. Biggest downside is the door its not the best and leaves gaps. The door catch while works would be better with a different design so it locks behind you. Michael. Bognor Regis, GB. Fri Jun 19 2026

Rustproof & Sturdy Construction. Made from galvanised steel with triangular reinforcements, this chicken coop withstands temperatures from -30°C to 50°C. Laser-welded seams endure 96.6 km/h winds, and ground anchors prevent tipping.

If you’re thinking of taking on a small flock of chickens then the Rowlinson Large Chicken Coop is the ideal home. With plenty of space to comfortably hold up to six chickens and easy access to the coop via the ramp, once inside they will have the choice of four perches or one of three nest box compartments. The sliding door can be unhooked and dropped down, cleaning is easy due to the removable nest box side, which provides access to the inside of the coop with slide out floor and removable perches. The nest box floor and dividers are also removable.

Very nice and sturdy, well constructed. The only downfall is the nest box which seems be a bit of a last thought with a 'that'll do' finish as it has the potential to leek and allow the weather in. Overall pleased with it.. Graham. Ecchinswell, GB. Thu Oct 19 2017

Picture this: It's a beautiful morning, and you step outside to check on your flock. The sun is strong, but your chickens are content in the cool shade. Suddenly, a surprise rain shower appears! But you don't worry. You watch as the water beads up and rolls right off the sturdy cover of your large walk-in chicken coop. Inside, your ducks and rabbits are dry, safe, and perfectly comfortable. This is the peace of mind you get with our all-weather poultry cage.

The frame was so simple to put together. Installing the chicken wire though is a 2 man job but goes quick once you get the hang of it. My girls were so thrilled to have room to play and spread their wings the moment we put them in. Plus, I love them having 360 protection from predators!. Melissa. Weeki Wachee, FL. Tue Mar 10 2026

Super easy to put together by myself. All parts were included. Instructions left something to be desired, but were ok. Not 5 stars because the zip ties are super thin and cheap, and not enough of them, especially if any break. If you don’t put it together exactly where you’re planning to leave it, moving it will definitely break zip ties (because they’re so cheap). Thankfully I have metal zip ties, so I could fix the broken spots. Tomorrow I’ll go out and redo all of it with metal zip ties, because I’d like to be able to move it around as the chickens eat the grass. The bars are not for roosting (way too thin for chickens that should be roosting flat footed), they’re just stabilization bars. Ideally this run would have 3-5 bars as the 2 are really bare minimum helpful.. Susan. Thu Oct 02 2025
