Had this for several years now. The central cushion went lumpy in the wash so I use others inside now. However I wash the outer ring in the bath so it doewn't go lumpy too. The base is plastic and can make the floor sweaty with the heat of the dog, so I put a towel underneath to protect my wooden floor. All-in-all a good buy but not sure whether I would buy again..
