This wooden hedgehog house provides shelter for hedgehogs and gives them places to hibernate during the winter and out of harm's way. This is especially relevant nowadays as studies have shown that hedgehogs tend to nest in bonfire stacks before they are lit; with tragic results. Made from untreated wood, these houses are ideal for hedgehogs as treated wood emits fumes that they can't handle. The house has a small opening at the front so the hedgehog can get in easily. Predators, such as foxes, however, stand no chance at getting inside. The roof is made of high-quality bitumen keeps the house rainproof as the hedgehog rests safely inside.

Looks good but hadn't realised I needed to put it together. This needs to be stressed. Good value. Gillian. Appleby Magna Swadlincote, GB. Sat Jan 25 2025

I had this cage in my shopping basket for some time, this one is a decent size cage for a hamster to live it’s life in, and at a good price, I did wonder about the size of the wheel as hamsters, Syrian hamsters in particular need a wheel of 10-12 inches, I did ask what size the wheel was, Wayfair had great communication in trying to get the answer but was unable to from the supplier, I am happy with my purchase however lost a star as the wheel was snapped and is far to small for even a dwarf hamster which is sad as a small wheel can cause health issues for a hamsters back so would of been nice to have a bigger wheel not sure why the supplier would supply an unusable unsafe wheel, also the house would only be suitable for a baby dwarf hamster, so I have bought a nice large house instead and will look for a new wheel, also I feel like the base could of been a little deeper for burrowing, it has a good amount of space to fill with lots of enrichment. Great cage for my daughters dwarf Hamster. Easy to put together. Comes with wheel, bottle, little sleeping house and bowl. Also has a ladder and platform. So great for the price. It is a little flimsy the platform but if your not heavy handed its fine. There are gaps at the sides which are where the sides don't meet. For my hamster this is ok but if you have an adventurous one it could escape. So putting a couple of cable ties at the sides will sort that. Overall I like the cage.. Emma. Lincolnshire. my indoor bunny loves his home. he spends most of the day roaming around our home and then sleeps in here at night. gives him a good nights rest.. Georgina. East Ham, London. Mon Apr 28 2025

Got it for some little mice I saw hanging outside my door. Not sure if they use it since I have the opening facing a wall, so I think they’re actually still living up underneath the stairs. Annadaire. Arlington, VA. Mon Mar 02 2026
