5 stars for the bed. 1 star for Wayfair customer service. The bed was delayed for over a month even though it was in stock. I moved house by the time the bed arrived and Wayfair refused to change the delivery address even though it hadn’t be dispatched. The bed ended up going missing for ages as I then wasn’t at my home address due to moving. Wayfair customer service was not great and advised it would take a week for someone to call me back to escalate the problem. Finally, after a month and half I have the bed and pleased with it. I got this bed for my dogs but they aren’t interested. My cats are obsessed with it. I think the reason the dogs don’t like it is bc I don’t have a rug in the living room for this bed to sit on or partially sit on. Thus, when either of my 65 pound dogs tries to get onto the bed, it kind of slides on the wood vinyl floor and they don’t like that. It’s really high quality. Some people said stuff about nails going through the wood. That did happen with one of the nails in my bed, but it was the one inside the little boxcabinet, so you can only see the nail coming out very slightly through the wood when you open the box. I like the dog bed and it has replaced two rather shabby beds. The dogs were cautious at first but they have both accepted the new bed. The metal frame is well made and the foam mattress is firm to the touch. My little dogs share the bed and they have chosen their own favourite side. The seat cushion has a few places to hold it to couch that are extremely easy undo. I wanted something for my dogs to lay on but not be a "dog bed". This instead looks like a miniature couch. It has the legs to raise it up a little so it isn't on the ground. That was something I really wanted. I also wanted simple but nice. The color and material with the small embellishments on the front were perfect. With the first pictures and the last picture, you can see the length and width using the squares.
