Excellent quality product especially as it was manufactured here in the UK and from recycled/environmentally friendly materials. Ordering was easy and delivered as promised. Ted our 5yr old pooch had no problem sleeping in it withing a couple of hours of us receiving it. Obviously no obnoxious chemical smells to deal with and with a nose so sensitive it says it all..
