Bought it for my cat as we’ve moved into a flat with wooden floors and he misses the carpet but typical cat…he wouldn’t go near the mat! I have sent it back, however still rate it 5 stars as the quality is great, it’s a very thick, luscious fleece (which is what I think he had an issue with - must have a preference for short pile). For anyone else considering buying one who has a smooth floor, I’d go for a non-slip one which I think the company does, as this did slip around a lot.. Anonymous. Fri Mar 22 2024

It’s a lovely rug with great colours. The only downside is that it’s loosing the fleece fluff a lot. I have to keep cleaning up. Szilvia. Chorley, GB. Fri Nov 19 2021

Item arrived and whilst nothing wrong with it I then found the zip had been sewn in along with the fleece for a good portion, tried picking fleece out of zip and hence zip broke open all the way down. Found it quite an ordeal complaining as they seemed very reluctant to give a refund and needed photos of the item, I had to get a neighbour in to do that as I had no idea being 'old school' and in my 70's. Refund given eventually and I was told to keep the item.. Margaret. Leeds, GB. Tue Jul 02 2024
