This arrived in a large box which was well packed. I removed everything and all was accounted for, even lots of extra screws and a screwdriver and gloves. I put it together in about 45 minutes, it was pretty easy. I used my drill and phillips bit rather than the supplied screwdriver. It’s very well made and fit together precisely with no issues. Works well and sounds very quiet. I don’t know yet if my tabby cat will enjoy it as we haven’t started training yet.
