The picture is no where near as the product you receive. In the picture the sides around the bed look quite full, firm and structured. The real bed sides are flimsy and almost flat. The bed is sold as orthopedic but again is not as firm as it appears to be on the picture. Is not an orthopedic bed. Also it says you can remove the cushion to wash.. but that is not correct. You can remove the infill of the cushion and have to wash the all bed together. The infills from the sides cannot be removed, which means it will take a long time to fully dry and potentially create on the mould and make your dog sick. The material is 10 out 10. Is a lovely soft material. The bed is lovely in the picture. Minor design changes like using firmer infill to give structure, have the inside cushion separate from the bed so the cushion and infill can be removed and the cushion washed separately.
