5 stars for the bed. 1 star for Wayfair customer service. The bed was delayed for over a month even though it was in stock. I moved house by the time the bed arrived and Wayfair refused to change the delivery address even though it hadn’t be dispatched. The bed ended up going missing for ages as I then wasn’t at my home address due to moving. Wayfair customer service was not great and advised it would take a week for someone to call me back to escalate the problem. Finally, after a month and half I have the bed and pleased with it. The picture is no where near as the product you receive. In the picture the sides around the bed look quite full, firm and structured. The real bed sides are flimsy and almost flat. The bed is sold as orthopedic but again is not as firm as it appears to be on the picture. Is not an orthopedic bed. Also it says you can remove the cushion to wash.. but that is not correct. You can remove the infill of the cushion and have to wash the all bed together. The infills from the sides cannot be removed, which means it will take a long time to fully dry and potentially create on the mould and make your dog sick. The material is 10 out 10. Is a lovely soft material. The bed is lovely in the picture. Minor design changes like using firmer infill to give structure, have the inside cushion separate from the bed so the cushion and infill can be removed and the cushion washed separately. I got this bed for my dogs but they aren’t interested. My cats are obsessed with it. I think the reason the dogs don’t like it is bc I don’t have a rug in the living room for this bed to sit on or partially sit on. Thus, when either of my 65 pound dogs tries to get onto the bed, it kind of slides on the wood vinyl floor and they don’t like that. It’s really high quality. Some people said stuff about nails going through the wood. That did happen with one of the nails in my bed, but it was the one inside the little boxcabinet, so you can only see the nail coming out very slightly through the wood when you open the box.
