5 stars for the bed. 1 star for Wayfair customer service. The bed was delayed for over a month even though it was in stock. I moved house by the time the bed arrived and Wayfair refused to change the delivery address even though it hadn’t be dispatched. The bed ended up going missing for ages as I then wasn’t at my home address due to moving. Wayfair customer service was not great and advised it would take a week for someone to call me back to escalate the problem. Finally, after a month and half I have the bed and pleased with it. We bought two of these beds for our two Cane Corsos and they love them. I have to admit that I wasn't really sceptical about them holding their weight when I saw them but, boy, was I wrong. They jump on them, they sleep on them, they play on them and beds just resist it all.
