feels very soft with thick shortish pile, but returning as the shade of cream isn't quite right, a bit too almost yellow toned. It looks a bit artificial ie it has a slight shine to it in some lights (- poss due to the artificial fibres/man made fibre), I prefer a 'matt' natural look.
