The item was shorter in length(‘by 3cm’) and its width was 4.5cm less than advertised- ‘I emailed them(‘Wayfair’) several times but I was just passed between 3 different people before being ‘cut off’, because I’m disabled and slow in typing/replying! Because of my housebound disability, repackaging and returning this item would be difficult and so would I get a discount on a replacement larger size please?
