Customers praise the product's appearance, describing it as beautiful, soft, and high-quality. Many appreciate its luxurious feel and neutral colour, which complements various décor styles. However, significant shedding is a recurring concern, with some reporting excessive fluff and requiring frequent vacuuming. While the quality is generally considered good, some experienced issues with sizing and durability.
