Purcell Machine Washable Traditionnal Boho Olive Dark Blue Area Rug

Not a thick rug (.6cm) but it’s soft and nice for our hardwood living room floor. The colors are lovely and it looks as it’s pictured in the purchase info. The faded pattern makes it look antique which is a nice quality. Could be good as a covered outdoor space rug too.

It is thin but the description said it was so that’s on me. I got it because it’s machine washable but it’s huge and not sure how it would fit in my washer. Lol! But that’s also my fault for not thinking it through. However it is a beautiful rug and what I was looking for at a great price.

No quite what I was looking for….

I was afraid what color it would look like because the picture show more as beige and bit of blue. It looks more as grey/ivory mix with blue. I am very happy and immediately roll it into the floor for my dining area.

I ordered this rug thinking it was more cream colored than it is - it is definitely more gray. This wouldn't have been a problem if I could have just returned the rug in exchange for a new one. However, when I went to return it they wanted to charge me $60 for shipping. I called to question the shipping cost and was told to send a picture for proof that it didn't completely match the color online. When I sent the picture, customer service didn't agree with my opinion and simply offered a small discount on the rug if I would keep it. I wouldn't have risked buying a rug online (rather than in-person where I could accurately determine the colors) if I knew that I would have to return the rug with cost of shipping if I didn't like it (which is almost half of the price of the rug itself!). The customer service offered a "one-time courtesy shipping payment" so that I could return the rug with a complete refund (thank you nice customer service lady!), but if you aren't 100% sure you want a rug from this company - don't buy it! You won't get a full refund.
