Nice & soft rug ,great value,but took off a star because of the edges wasn’t cut properly

They clearly have a roll of this and cut it to order, both ends of my rug aren't stitched like the edges, are also frayed and i think whoever cut it may have a drinking problem.

Be warned! Read the small print. I purchased this to use in my hallway. Not realizing the cut ends are not bound, in fact are frayed and ragged.. also they add delivery and tax onto the advertised price, so I ended up paying nearly £50 for an item I cannot use. I asked them for help as I am an old lady. They said they could offer no resolution to the problem.and would not take the runner back! Very bad customer service!

Bought it for the extra length for my hall. Looks good decent quality for the price. Easy to keep clean.
