It is soft and warm. Looks quite good, our living room looks much cosier with it. Although I wish the details of the pattern were smaller and finer, as the rug in my opinion would look more expensive. Anyway, I am very happy with the purchase, we have a small child so it does not make sense to buy now a more expensive rug. It sheds quite a bit of hair, hopefully it will stop soon. Actually, due to excessive shedding we had the first rug replaced, the second one seems to shed less. The customer service was great.

looks beautiful in the room and the rug is of very good quality, the delivery was very fast also.
