If I could, I would leave no stars. I initially left a review stating this rug was beautiful, and it was until it wasn’t! I've owned this rug for only four weeks, and it's situated beneath our table in the kitchen. There is already a large hole and two smaller holes. After reaching out to Wayfair, they were completely unhelpful in finding a solution for the rug I paid $95 for. The response I received is that due to it being outside their return window, they are unable to provide a solution. The only thing offered was to reach out to the manufacturer directly for further assistance. I'm sorry if Wayfair does not provide me with a product of good quality that I invested my hard-earned money in. A more acceptable resolution should be provided instead of simply saying 'Oh, I'm sorry there's nothing we can do!' This makes me reconsider purchasing anything from Wayfair again! The answer given is unacceptable!

I mean, look! It’s beautiful

I began using this rug in June. It started out bunched up in the middle, but friends and family assured me that over time, it would flatten. Six months later, the rug is just as lumpy as ever and my partner and I are continuously tripping over it. For nearly $300, we tried to put up with it as long as possible, but it is a hazard in our home and we have to get rid of it. I’m terribly disappointed by the poor quality of this rug that could have had so much potential if only it laid flat.

Love this rug! Colors match perfectly with my dinner chairs.
