Excellent rug. We got this for our living room just before our baby arrived and she’s now 6 months old. She loves the colours and the feel of the rug. Highly durable for stains and spillages too. Fits our area really well.

I think its abysmal. When I ordered judging from the picture it suggested soft harmonious reds . I received the rug today. After struggling 20 minutes to open the package, I wished I hadn't!!! Its laying in my living room glaring at me - all bright and strikingly ugly colours. I don't want this rug. where do we go from here? I'd like to exchange it for a more suitable one similar to what was depicted in your online picture. Trouble is you don't appear to have much choice. Please tell me what my OPTIONS are.
