The piece is a playful and unexpected marriage between two of the most iconic rugs in the world. The meticulous and geometric Persian rug is seamlessly combined with the natural irregularity of an animal skin rug. This beautiful black faux rug design is made possible by digitally printing on to a special fabric backed rubber which is then hand-cut into its final cowhide shape. Unlike real animal hides, these ones are hypo-allergenic, washable, non-slip, and will not curl up at the edges. A fusion between art and utility, these designer rugs will add a surreal and luxurious touch to any floor space. They are available to buy online in a selection of different rug sizes and colours including black, blue, brown, pink and natural. Each low-profile Persian rug is laminated to a non-slip rubber back and has a soft woven fabric top layer made from easy-care fibres and a black, light grey and white colour palette that brings a classic aesthetic to any room in the home decor.
