The pile height is wrongly advertised (it's more like 5mm), but upon contacting Wayfair I received a partial refund. Apart from that, I'm very happy with the rug. It's 100% recycled cotton and feels wonderful under bare feet. In the wrong setting it could look like a towel, but when presented correctly, it looks gorgeous!
